Add Your Chapter
Many non-profits are organized with local chapters. Rotary International, Alzheimer’s Assocation, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation are examples.
Depending upon a non-profit’s organization and our agreements, we make contributions to the national organization or directly to the local chapter. We pay quarterly based upon $2 per pound (or equivalent weight).
If you would like to add your chapter to this non-profit to qualify for contributions, please fill-in the form below.

In order to complete the payment process to your local chapter (club or affiliate), we need to contact your local chapter. Please help by providing the following information.

*Please note: The chapter you have just added is (Pending). Once the chapter has been approved it will be an available option for the general public. Until then it is only available to you when you are logged in. If for some reason the chapter cannot be approved and your order has already been processed, the donation money would automatically go to the national chapter of your chosen non-profit.
